Who we are and what we do...
The CrossFit Mission Gorge Endurance Team is
an endurance sports training program dedicated to
improving performance, fitness and endurance
sports potential. We inspire, coach and provide our
community with the most aggressive and proven
fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition and athletic training protocols.
We are the leaders in strength and conditioning for endurance athletes. We have
been guiding athletes, educating coaches and providing premier content to the
endurance communities with tremendous success. Our passion is endurance
sports. Our goal is to show a path that has not been illuminated. Our training
principles work.
We meet as a team twice a week. Once at CrossFit Mission Gorge and once at an outside location (track or trail). Our training is based on improving your work capacity across all metabolic pathways. We are not like your traditional training program that tries to get in as many miles as possible each week. We focus on form, speed and incorporate distance to build capacity as needed. Nutrition, flexibility, advice on shoes and supplemental training is all part of our program.
